Hospice Care Plus provides grief support services to all hospice-connected families and friends as well as to persons throughout our six county service area whose loved one did not have hospice services. If you have lost a loved one to accident, murder, suicide, or illness, Hospice Care Plus grief support services are available to you. Our services include:
