Volunteer Outreach

At Hospice Care Plus, community outreach and fundraising volunteers provide support for all of our fundraising activities, which helps us to provide our services to all patients, regardless of their ability to pay. This may include:

Assisting with special events, such as Golf Scrambles, The Christmas Tree Lighting, the annual Hospice Horse Show, etc.
Helping coordinate and participating in community awareness and education programs, such as manning a booth or table at a fair or festival
Assisting the development department with mailings related to fundraising

Hospice Care Plus Inc., is a private, non-profit organization, certified by Medicare/Medicaid, and accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. Hospice Care Plus is a member of the United Way. Palliative Care Plus is a subsidiary of Hospice Care Plus.
